When are we open?
Studios are open for scheduled events only. If you’ve left something behind you can come in anytime we have an event running. Please check the calendar for our event schedule.

Need to reschedule?
Please note that changes to bookings must be requested via email from the person who made the booking. Please view our cancellation policy prior to contacting us. This policy is firm and we can not grant exceptions to this policy.
Running late?
Please note we start painting promptly at the event start time or as noted in the event description. Please don’t be late as it is disruptive to other guests. If you are arriving late you may be asked to wait outside until the introduction is finished. If you are running more than 15 minutes late please send a text so we know to leave your seat set up.
