If you’re looking for a unique experience we can host a fun and interactive event that your group won’t forget! Our paint and sip private functions are perfect for:

Events are around 2 hours in duration and all materials are included. You leave with your masterpiece and a great sense of achievement!

Event Details

  • Two hour duration, extended venue hire may be available for $60 per half hour
  • Step-by-step instructions from an experienced artist
  • Aprons, brushes, paints, and canvases provided
  • You can select the featured painting – view gallery 
  • Topless waiter/nude model options are also available 
  • Very affordable drinks are available for purchase from the bar (view drink menu) or BYO with $5 corkage per person
  • BYO snacks/catering is optional. Please note the majority of the session is spent painting so food should be kept to a minimum unless an extended session is purchased. We ask that no hot or greasy food is brought and that scraps and rubbish are disposed of.

You are welcome to bring food or arrange catering. We ask that no hot or greasy food is brought and that scraps and rubbish are disposed of.

Parking

There is free street parking available after 6pm all along Pirie Street or there is a parking garage directly above us, enter via Flinders St. Exit via the Pirie St door and turn right, we’re just a few doors down.

Our Pirie Street studio is fully accessible.

A three hour session that includes two drinks per person (beer, wine, cider or soft drink), grazing platter(s), all materials and step by step instructions from an experienced artist.

Includes two hours of painting time and one hour for meetings or mingling! 

 

Private Event Terms and Conditions

  • A $250 deposit is due at the time of booking, full payment is due one week prior to the event except for Friday, Saturday and Sunday bookings it is due up to 60 days in advance. We do not offer credit for changes to numbers after full payment has been made.
  • Deposits are non-refundable however date changes are sometimes possible without penalty if enough notice is provided
  • For most bookings, numbers can be slightly increased up to six hours prior to the event so we recommend you initially book for a few less people than you expect as there are often cancellations. Full payment for additional seats is due three hours prior to the event.
  • Any damage to an offsite/third party venue including but not limited to paint on floors or furniture &/or furnishings is the responsibility of the client and not that of Studio Vino. We take reasonable precautions to minimise spillage however accidents can happen. If the venue does not have hard surface flooring and chairs it is your responsibility to prepare the space with coverings in compliance with WHS standards.
