Terms of Booking – Please read carefully prior to purchase

Studio Vino Vaccination Policy

We support your freedom to choose and are not trying to divide the community however our sessions are not an essential service and we need to look after our staff and customers to the best of our ability. Therefore, following the State Government release of the new Testing, Tracing, Isolation and Quarantining (TTIQ) model, all Studio Vino locations will require all guests at public events be double COVID-19 vaccinated. This decision is based on the following:

  • Survey results from our customers overwhelmingly in favour of mandatory vaccinations
  • The duration and environment of our events 
  • Research showing unvaccinated people with covid are more contagious and contagious for longer
  • Staff requests

This policy comes into effect from 1 Jan 2022.  This policy will remain in place as long as we feel it is in the best interest of our guests. We will review the policy as things change in Adelaide and as new medical research surrounding covid and the vaccines becomes available.  

As of 1 Jan 2022 proof of double vaccination will be required of all guests upon entry. A double dose vaccination policy for all Studio Vino staff was introduced last month.

People who are double vaccinated will be required to display their COVID 19 Digital Certificate via their smart phone on entry. Where this is not possible, a printed immunisation history statement will be accepted.  Those with an official medical exemption will need to show their certificate of exemption.

This vaccination policy does not apply to private event bookings or splat room bookings.

Please note the following policy applies to all situations, including COVID related cancellations.

As a small business with limited seating, short notice cancellations have a big impact on us. Please do not confirm your agreement with these terms and conditions unless you understand and agree to our cancellation terms and conditions below.  This policy is subject to change based on the situation in Adelaide and we will do our best to assist you if you are unable to attend however please realise that we have endured two years of shutdowns and restrictions, we feel the consumer also needs to accept some financial loss if covid ruins your plans. Thank you for your understanding.


All sales are final and we do not offer refunds however if appropriate notice is given you can reschedule.

Appropriate notice:
  • For bookings of four or less people five business days notice must be given via email if you wish to reschedule  
  • For bookings of five or more people 10 days notice must be given via email if you wish to reschedule
  • You do not need to provide notice or notify us if someone is attending in your place.

A change in personal circumstances does not entitle a ticket holder to return or exchange of a ticket outside of this policy. If you do not accept these conditions please do not purchase a ticket at this time. 

If appropriate notice is not provided some credit may be offered, at manager’s discretion, however no credit will be given for sold out events, bookings of five or more, or when less than 48 hours notice is provided.

  • Please note we can not offer refunds under any circumstances
  • No credit for no shows or when less than 48 hours notice is provided
  • All requests must be made via email to admin@studiovino.com.au from the person who made the booking. In the email please let us know which session you’d like to be moved to. If you haven’t selected a new session we can issue a 30 day credit voucher however a $10 per ticket fee will apply.
  • You must adhere to government advice regarding stay at home orders.
  • Covid-Safe check in is required on entry
  • Please note, in order to give people the best view of the instructor we are not social distancing between all tables or groups. If you are high-risk we suggest you wear a mask , do not attend an event at this time, or only attend an ‘Unmasteredclass’ where we seat 20 people.
  • Our daytime events are 14+ with paying adult. Evening events are adult only (18+) and as our sessions are intended to be relaxing for all our patrons, babies are not permitted to attend any event. No refunds or credit will be given if you bring a child to an event and are refused entry. Please view FAQ page for more information.

Due to COVID-19 or other public health requirements, if we are required to cancel or reschedule an event all attendees will have the option to attend the rescheduled session or receive a full credit which will be valid for a minimum of three months. Please note we will not provide refunds unless we permanently cancel an event.
