Terms and Conditions

Sales are final, no refunds, however if you are unable to make it you can transfer your ticket to someone else or reschedule for another event.  Seven days notice must be given via email if you wish to reschedule without penalty.

Bookings of three or less people
7 days notice: reschedule without penalty (one time)
24 hours notice – Sold out event: 25% credit,  not sold out: 50% credit
2 hours notice – Sold out: no credit, not sold out: 25% credit

Bookings for more than three people:
7 days notice: reschedule without penalty (one time)
Less than 7 days: no credit given

No refunds. No credit for no shows. All requests must be made via email from the person who made the booking.

*Coronavirus Update* 

In the interest of public health, if we need to cancel or reschedule events all attendees will have the option to attend the rescheduled session or receive a full credit which will be valid for one year.  

Please contact us asap to reschedule if any of the following apply:

  • you have been in NSW or overseas in the past 14 days  
  • anyone in your household has been in NSW or overseas in the past 14 days
  • anyone you have been in close contact with has been in NSW or overseas in the past 14 days
  • you or a close contact are showing any symptoms of the virus
  • you or a close contact have been in proximity of a known case

Effective March 19, 2020 until further notice the following policy applies:

  • If you cancel with a minimum of 48 hours notice – full credit valid for six months
  • If you cancel with a minimum of 2 hours notice – 50% credit valid for six months
  • If you cancel with less than 2 hours notice or are a no-show, no credit will be given
