Public Event Terms of Booking – please read carefully prior to purchase

Please note the following policy applies to all situations, including COVID related cancellations. 

As a small business with limited seating, short notice cancellations have a big impact on us. Please do not confirm your agreement with these terms and conditions unless you understand and agree to our cancellation terms and conditions below.  This policy is subject to change based on the situation in Adelaide and we will do our best to assist you if you are unable to attend however please realise that we have endured two years of shutdowns and restrictions, we feel the consumer also needs to accept some financial loss if covid ruins your plans. Thank you for your understanding!

Please note:  A change in personal circumstances does not entitle a ticket holder to return or exchange of a ticket outside of this policy. If you do not accept these conditions please do not purchase a ticket at this time. 

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, however if appropriate notice is given you can reschedule without penalty, as per the policies below:

Cancellation Policy: 1-4 people

Five business days notice must be given via email if you wish to reschedule without penalty*.

All requests must be made via email from the person who made the booking. In the email please let us know which session you’d like to be moved to. If you haven’t selected a new session we will issue a 30 day credit voucher however a $10 per ticket fee will apply. 

Late cancellation requests:

If a minimum of 48 hours notice is provided and the event is not sold out we will issue a 50% credit voucher.

If minimum of 48 hours notice is provided and the event is sold out we will open your tickets up for sale on our website. If the tickets sell, you will be issued with a credit voucher, minus a $10 admin fee per ticket. See further terms below.

The person who booked the tickets must email the studio and state the following:

I/we can not attend (event name and date). Please attempt to resell my tickets, or if the event is not sold out please issue a 50% credit voucher.

Please note we may not have an opportunity to reply to your email until after the event has passed.

*Guests can reschedule one time without penalty. Additional changes to the booking will incur a 50% fee. 

If less than 48 hours notice is provided it is highly unlikely any credit will be issued as we will not have admin staff available to facilitate any changes to your booking.

Terms of late cancellation requests:

  • If the seats do not sell or we are unable to advertise tickets in time, no credit will be given
  • Credit will only be given for the number of seats sold
  • Credit vouchers will be issued within two business days of the event
  • A $10 admin fee per ticket will apply to any seats sold, this will be deducted from the credit voucher
  • It is your responsibility to check if the tickets have sold prior to the event. If they have not sold and you (or someone attending in your place) does not show up to the event, no credit will be given. 
  • If you change your mind and decide to use the tickets we may not be able to remove the seats from our website. If the tickets sell at any time up until 15 minutes prior to the event start time, the sale will be honoured.

Please note:

  • We can not offer refunds under any circumstances
  • You must adhere to government advice regarding stay at home orders.
  • Our daytime events are 14+ with paying adult. Evening events are adult only (18+) and as our sessions are intended to be relaxing for all our patrons, babies are not permitted to attend any event. No refunds or credit will be given if you bring a child to an event and are refused entry. Please view FAQ page for more information.
  • Credit vouchers are valid for 30 days from date of issue. You do not need to attend within 30 days, just rebook within 30 days. 

Due to COVID-19 or other public health requirements, if we are required to cancel or reschedule an event all attendees will have the option to attend the rescheduled session or receive a full credit which will be valid for a minimum of three months. Please note we will not provide refunds unless we permanently cancel an event.
